Privacy Policy What this site collects, and what it does not.
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Who we are
This website, theguythatgetsyoupaid.com, is operated by The Guy That Gets You Paid, the professional brand of Sven Nelson, powered by C2C Resources. We provide commercial (business to business) debt collection services. We do not collect consumer debt, and this website is not directed at consumers or at children.
2. What we collect
What you choose to send us. If you fill in the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it, such as your name, company, phone number, email address and the details of the account you are asking about. If you call us, we receive your phone number and whatever you tell us.
What is collected automatically. Like almost every website, ours is delivered through a hosting network that keeps standard server logs. Those logs include your IP address, the pages requested, the time, and your browser and device type. They are used for security and to keep the site running.
What we do not collect. This site does not run an analytics or advertising tracker, and it does not set cookies of its own. If that changes, this page will be updated first.
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and to assess whether a commercial account is one we can help with.
- To provide our services if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and working.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Outside services this site uses
These companies process information on our behalf or receive it when you choose to use them. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website and keeps the server logs described above.
- Calendly. The "Talk to Sven" buttons open our booking page on Calendly. Anything you enter there is handled by Calendly and passed to us so we can hold the appointment. The links carry campaign tags that tell us which page you came from. They do not identify you.
- Our contact form is our own. What you send is stored in a database on Cloudflare, which hosts this site, and a copy is emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service, so that we can reply. Our marketing agency, Killerspots Agency, built and maintains the site and can access enquiries in order to do that.
- How you found us. On your first visit the site notes the page you arrived on, the website that sent you (for example a search engine), and any campaign tags in the link. That note is kept in your own browser and is sent to us only if you submit the contact form. It does not identify you and it is not shared with anyone.
- Adobe Fonts serves the typefaces used on this site. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Adobe, which means Adobe receives your IP address and basic browser information.
- YouTube and Vimeo. Videos on this site do not load until you press play. Nothing is requested from YouTube or Vimeo before that. Once you press play, the video service receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
5. Text messages
Our contact form has two optional boxes. If you tick them, you agree to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you gave: transactional messages about your enquiry or account, such as appointment reminders and account notifications, and, separately and only if you tick that box, marketing messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of doing business with us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not sell mobile phone numbers, and we do not share mobile numbers or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for as long as the law and our professional obligations require. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.
7. Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do so unless we are required to keep it, for example to meet a legal obligation or to maintain the record of a collection matter. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy law.
8. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and we limit access to the information you send us to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including C2C Resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
11. Contact
Questions about this policy or a request about your information: call 866-341-6316 (Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM) or use the form on our contact page.
